Module 4: Ryan White Funding and Services

Purpose

This module dives deeper into understanding what Ryan White is, how it functions on a national and local level. Additionally, the cohort will be able to read and analyze data and figures from an agenda.

Learning Objectives

Knowledge of services for persons living with HIV and how to access them;
Knowledge of how to read, understand and interpret Ryan White services budgets, financial reports and financial data;
Knowledge of how community-based planning of HIV services occurs in San Diego County
